Getting to sleep may be my foe against hard work. Yea, a good sleep is always needed. But, when too much stress I have a feeling I sleep more.. he he.. How funny.. Keeping well awear how your body and mind acts is a key point of optimizing your life to a hardworking routine.
Planning and failing to be on schedule, may be a common mistake I do often. Some days I tend to go completely different way of the planed content. Yet, my mortivation for final goals make me drag back to a new plan. Sometimes too much planning means waste of time. I really know this with my past experience.
I tend to take at least two weeks to three weeks ( about 21 days as physiologist say) get in to a stable routine where I work and according to the daily plans. Yet, few mistakes unavoidable. Keep in mind getting in to a routine can be delayed if you have a stress factor or it is forcefully done. More quick way is making your mind make the move to get self motivated. Practicing self motivation means some hard work but achievable if you are determined.
I thought I would write some Human Factor Post since I did some self testing this week. Well it did work out quite well.
